Chemical Composition | ASTM A 350/A 350M, Grade LF2. Also by ladle analysis the carbon content shall be 0.23% maximum and Supplementary Requirement S6 is required and CE shall be 0.45% maximum. |
Mechanical Strength | ASTM A 350/A 350M, Grade LF2. The maximum tensile strength shall not be more than 635 N/mm2 (92 ksi). |

Protection | Fittings shall be delivered free from corrosion or oxidation. A protective coating of light oil or varnish corrosion inhibitor may be used. This inhibitor shall be easily removable, and the supplier shall state with his quotation the method for removal. |

Packing | Shipment and Packing Specification for Equipment and Materials. Suitable packing shall be provided to ensure that all items arrive at the contractual point of delivery in an undamaged condition. Refer to the purchase order for specific packing standards and instructions. |
