Scope Description Hastelloy (C276), seamless pipe nipple.
Material Specification ASTM B 622. Alloy: UNS 10276. Condition: Solution annealed.
Dimensional

Specification

ASME B36.10M or ASME B36.19M for wall thickness. Small tubes are not applicable.
Purchase Order See purchase order for DN or NPS, schedule, lengths in millimeters or inches, number of pieces, and delivery and shipping instructions.
Lengths Lengths shall be as specified in the purchase order, and length tolerances shall be ±3 mm (1/8 inch).
Tolerances ASTM B 622.
Drawings Not required.
Calculations Not required.
Chemical Composition ASTM B 622, Alloy UNS N10276.
Mechanical Strength ASTM B 622, Alloy UNS N10276, Solution annealed.
Welding Not applicable.
Heat Treatment ASTM B 622, Grade UNS 10276. Supplied in the annealed condition.
Inspection ASTM B 622. Company inspection is not required, unless specified in the purchase order.
Testing ASTM B 622. Hydrostatic test per Paragraph 12.3.1, and analysis samples are not required.
