NDT Personnel and Procedures	Verify valid personnel qualification and approved procedures.
Bending Procedure Qualification	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039
Sample location, testing and reporting	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039
Approved DWGS	Per 01-SAMSS-039
In process inspection & test requirement	Specification Details / Notes:
Workmanship & Components control	Per 01-SAMSS-039
Traceability and tracking	To the mother pipe per 01-SAMSS-039
Bending machine preparation	Weld Seam Orientation and Thickest thickness orientation for Seamless is as per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039
Bending Parameters control and recording	As per approved Bending procedure qualification and applicable essential variables as per ASME B16.49 & 01 SAMSS 039.
Heat Treatment parameters control and recording	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039 and Approved PQT
Mechanical testing, hardness	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039 and P.O.requirements.
Wall Thickness verification	Induction bends per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039 (Intrados and extrados; before and after bending)

NDT	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039
Bevel End control	Per ASME B16.49 & 01-SAMSS-039 and PO requirement
Hydrostatic Test	Only if required in the PO
Internal caliper/scraper	All bends per ASME B16.49
Final inspection & test requirements	Specification Details / Notes:
Final Visual and Dimensional Inspection	Per Applicable SAMSS and PO requirement.
Painting  (if required in the PO)	Per applicable SAMSS and P.O requirement.
