| Material Test Reports (MTR) | For cement, sand, iron ore, reinforcing wire, anti-slip, adhesive and polyethylene sheet. |
| Pipe Handling Procedure | 01-SAMSS-012 & 01-SAMSS-024: A procedure defining pipe handling shall be submitted to the Buyer’s Representative for approval. |
| Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) | Shall be submitted for review and approval. |
| Anode Installation Procedure, Controlled Concrete Curing procedure, Concrete Design Mix | Shall be submitted for review and approval. |
| Mixing Water, sand, iron ore Analysis | Complete geochemical water analysis shall be submitted for review and approval. |
| Applicators, Crew Supervisors & Inspectors Qualification | Per vendor quality system and SAEP-316 requirements. |
| Concrete Weight Coating Application Procedure | Company approval required. Per P.O and/or applicable Engineering Drawings. |
