| Examination | ASTM B 68. The tube shall be capable of passing the AA cleanliness test of 4WPI-SW70003. The tube shall be dry and free from oil and lubricants, internally and externally. Random test for cleanliness shall include at least the first and last coil of each order. If these cleanliness requirements are not met or the tube is suspected of being contaminated, the entire lot shall be re-cleaned. The tube will be used for oxygen service and cleanliness is essential for safety reasons. |
