Sieve loading and internal assembly are critical steps to ensure the process guarantees in Plants & Refinery. In order to reach the required level of quality for internal installation, continuous and scheduled inspections are recommended.

All inspections and go-aheads for the following steps of assembly are done under AXENS control. This document describes the general and particular AXENS recommendations in order to prepare efficiently tray installation and sieve loading operations.
Regarding criticality and sensibility of several steps, more detailed procedures have to be issued by Client or Contractor (or Subcontractor) in charge of these works. These
procedures must be checked and approved by AXENS prior to being applied.
b. Limit of application
These recommendations are applicable for an Eluxyl unit involving two adsorbent towers of 12 beds each and a center-pipe used as intermediate support for the trays.
