Page Party Station Indoor Materials Receiving Inspection
- Verify that all materials received have been inspected for damage and compliance to applicable requirements.
- Check that the equipment storage and protection is according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Confirm that the equipment and components received meet the project Purchase Order specifications and all applicable requirements, standards, and specifications.
- Ensure that the electrical equipment complies with the National Electrical Code and meets the criteria in the SAES-B-055 and SAES-B-068 for classified areas.
- Make sure the received materials are new and unused.
- Verify that the material and accessories are in agreement with the Saudi Aramco-approved project-specific design drawings, diagrams, schedules, lists, databases, and design documents.
- Ensure that an equipment and material identification system is implemented for the received items.
- Ensure that the equipment and accessories can be traced from the manufacturer and supplier through delivery, storage, fabrication, erection, installation, repair, modification, and use.
