TEST PROCEDURE AND CHECKLIST

  1. After Installation, dehydrate system by placing a vacuum of 1.7 kPa (0.5 in. Hg) absolute pressure.
  2. Hold vacuum for 24 hours or cycle vacuum and dry nitrogen purge according to manufacturer’s recommendations (Para 5.3.2.4)
  3. Charge System / Lines with quantity and type of refrigerant as per manufacture’s requirement.
