Manufacture of Portland pozzolana cement

The initial setting time of the cement should be a minimum of 30 minutes, while the final setting time should not exceed 600 minutes. The minimum compressive strength of the cement after 3 days should be 13 MPa, after 7 days it should be 22 MPa, and after 28 days it should reach a minimum of 33 MPa.
The drying shrinkage of the cement should not exceed 0.15%, and the fineness should be at least 300 m2/kg. It is worth noting that the initial strength of Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) is lower than that of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), but its final strength matches the 28-day strength of OPC.
